About Me

Hi babes! I’m Elizabeth — personal trainer, molecular biologist, photographer. I started a healthy eating and exercise plan ten years ago and that completely changed the course of my life! I can honestly say improving my overall health and fitness transformed many areas of my life for the better, so as a certified personal trainer I would love to help other people to improve their health and lifestyle completely.

If you want to achieve anything in life, everything starts here. First you have to take care of your health, and there are two things you need to keep in mind: Healthy Diet and Physical Activity. Small steps, but you will thank yourself one day.
Successful people set long-term goals, and they know these aims are merely the result of short-term habits that they need to do every day.

We haven’t been born to walk the path of life with our heads turned down, nor to be told when, how and why to be happy. We are not here to be told what color our skin or hair should be, nor how much we should weigh. We are not here to be told what we should look like, nor who we should love. We are all different and perfect just the way we are. The only question is how capable we are to make the best of ourselves. How capable we are to be the very best, brightest version of ourselves. This is what makes us what we truly are, what makes us profoundly happy and fulfilled. There is only one person you need to make happy – yourself. Only then can you make other people happy as well. I want to help you become a better, healthier, stronger and happier person by giving you advice on training and nutrition, and also by helping you find your peace of mind and your place in life.

Ćao svima! Ja sam Elizabeth — personalni trener, molekularni biolog, fotograf. Sa zdravim načinom života, planom ishrane i treninga sam počela pre deset godina i to je potpuno promenilo tok mog daljeg života! Mogu iskreno da kažem da je poboljšanje svih tih aspekata uticalo na mnoga druga područja mog života i da bih kao sertifikovani personalni trener volela da pomognem i drugim ljudima da poboljšaju svoje zdavlje i način života u potpunosti.

Ako želite nešto da postignete u životu sve počinje ovde. Prvenstveno morate da vodite računa o svom zdravlju a put ka tome su: Zdrava Ishrana i Fizička aktivost. Sitnim koracima u napred ali bićete zahvalni na plodu dugotrajnog rada. Uspešni ljudi sebi postavljaju dugoročne ciljeve zato što su svesni da njihove želje nisu plod kratkoročnog odricanja i da bi dostigli cilj moraju sebi postaviti rutinu dnevnih navika/ponašanja.

Nismo stvoreni da bi koračali kroz život pognute glavi, niti da nam odredjuju kada ćemo, kako i zašto biti srećni, nismo tu da bi nam odredili koliko kila treba da imamo, koju boju kože i kose treba da imamo, kako treba da izgledamo niti koga treba da volimo.
Svi smo mi različiti i savršeni baš takvi kakvi jesmo samo je pitanje koliko možemo is sebe da izvučemo taj maksimum, ono nešto najviše, najbolje i najdublje što nas čini onim što jesmo, što nas čini iskreno srećnim i ispunjenim.
Postoji samo jedna osoba koju treba da učinite srećnom a to ste VI! Jedino tada možete i druge ljude oko sebe da učinite srećnim.
Želim da vam pomognem, kako kroz trening, ishranu tako i kroz razmišljanje i život da postanete zdravija, jača, srećnija i bolja osoba jer svako od nas zaslužuje da živi svoju sreću, svoj san.
